the suggestion some want VSPC to fail because some offer what they believe to be constructive criticism. I certainly don't want to see her fail.
I think many have doubts about claims made about the grass by the company, and believe that is why nothing substantial in way of contracts has come down the pike. I doubt there is anything special about it that makes it different from other grasses. If there were, I suggest the company should release the data.
If this is the same grass clogging up culverts along the roadways in Florida, I see no need for anyone to pay VSPC a royalty for a "weed".
If this grass is somehow different, then the company should show us an independent study that backs their claims. Otherwise people will continue to confuse the grasses, which can't be beneficial to shareholders. The request for such a huge amount of groundwater by Tibbar, that was denied, also isn't helpful without explanation by the company.
