Hello xxxx

Apologies for my delay in getting back to you. I have answered your questions below:

1. Since company has changed its name to weedhire international inc, what happens to anythingIT. Is it going to be subsidiary of weedhire international. Are we going to see financial of anythingIT reported for weedhire international?

AnythingIT will continue to be an operating subsidiary of WeedHire International and I do not yet have the details if there will be a change in the financial reporting model

2. Is company concerned about stock price which is in triple zeros? Any plan to get shareholder confidence back?

I realize there might be concern about the current market of the company but this industry is still in its infancy and we remain very focused on building a real company and brand for the long-term . WeedHire is only entering its 8th month and we are continuing to expand and develop ourselves as a legitimate entity. I think it's important to highlight a few milestones accomplished within the first 7.5 months:

• Restructuring the company with a Name Change to WeedHire - Demonstrating a commitment to this industry

• Designing and investing in a cutting edge jobs website with scalability

• First company to invest in and release an Android App for Marijuana Jobs- 5,000+ downloads in 4 months (iPhone pending)

• Running Job Fairs in partnership with the MJBA
with several in planning for 2015

• Over 1000+ jobs posted by some of the most established cannabis companies and government entities in our first 7 months with almost 40k Facebook followers

• Released the first Quarterly Cannabis Jobs report and infographic (highlighted in INC Magazine FYI) with second coming in Q1 15

These are just the beginning stages for what we are planning over the long-term to eventually build shareholder value.

We are surrounding ourselves with the best and brightest minds from the industry via our advisory council to help navigate the uncharted waters of legal cannabis as it changes daily. industry

I can only emphasize that we are putting ourselves on the front lines as many other MMJ pubco’s are not truly out there with a mission to help support the and we will continue this effort.

As always we appreciate your ongoing support

Best Regards,

Dave
