They sure sold you on their song and dance routine and had you believing and convincing many investors that, they were stand up fellows!

My question and I believe, I can speak for... all those investors getting burned is....how the hell can they get away with this crap?

Why isn't the SEC or FINRA investigating these con artists????

They managed to turn the tables on everyone, telling all of us they were going to give us a dividend based on our shares of ARSC and that, the ARSC shares would not be altered, instead, they chose to Reverse Stock Split of ARSC at: 8000 to 1 and killed our holding to 1 tenth of their value.

Remember, when, they said the dividend was going to be 250 to 1 new HFCO shares...what a crock of bullshit that turned out to be!

Lots of excuses and promises only to screw all of us is what I see going on!!!!
