Take a peak at GARS.PK. Loading this one with an average of .028. Anything under .04 looks like a very good pickup as the float is very low, and it trades very thin. Seems like most of the float is in strong hands, and should not take much for this to move...and when it moves it should move far and fast. I expect this to hit .40+ with any significant events.

Any thoughts here ?
