Hey guys, I was able to confirm today that the O/S # that the TA gives us daily is the O/S TOTAL #....

O/S TOTAL = Restricted Shares Outstanding + Non-Restricted Shares Outstanding

As per TA today:


O/S = 213,021,091


As of this email, our records indicate 213,021,091 common issued and outstanding shares. The outstanding includes restricted and free trading shares.
