LOL pr's are based on what happens, and when they have to file an 8k.
Show me pr from Elite that was a pump pr, not much substance, did not require an 8k.
"PRs are probably based on when they need to dump shares through LPC".
The company has been very quite, does that mean they have not used LPC. If they pump before they use LPC, they sure don't use it much.
