Apparently, nobody from ERHC has bought any stock yet because no Form 4 has been filed. Normally the best SEC window for buying stock is immediately after the 10K comes out, yet NOBODY bought. I think we can only assume 1 of 2 things. Either ERHC management never intended to buy any stock and the suspension of the blackout period was just a ploy.

Or, they have material positive information that is keeping them from doing so. Some still may think that them having already bought would be the positive. I believe the opposite. I believe the fact that they have not bought tells us far more and is far more positive. I really don't want to see any Form 4's because that would tell me NOTHING good is happening any time soon.
