Right! Especially when you have to have FIVE
MILLION common shares for just ONE PREFERRED
SHARE as of January 16th. Like what? They are
going to do a reverse split when the ratios are that
far apart???

HARDLY!

Just HOW MANY preferred shares would they
pay out if they were to do a R/S??? HARDLY ANY!

I'm a newb and I even have enough common sense
to know that will NEVER HAPPEN!
