don't know about false. When companies convert their convertibles, god knows how many shares there are. There are tons to dump, plain fact. The exact amount, you are right I don't know per say but it's more than regular traded shares which will no doubt continue the same trend this stock and every other one oof the ceo's stocks will do. Dump to RS and repeat. The history is there and easy to see.
