Morning all, wize999 don't put to much importance in that 9.99%, the only purpose I can see for JF putting it in there, that I can figure, is as a smokescreen.
All it means is that they cannot try to drop the whole load in one day (billions), only 9.99% (100's of millions), and of course they won't do that. But they do have all the shares they want to sell at all times.
I may take a position today, it is afterall Friday and you are right about arca, maybe shares are not given to arca to unload on Friday, so a trade from Fri to Mon Am may be possible.
Current unloading of shares by GGI seems to be 100 mil per week.
I think a weekly update by the ceo about share counts is unlikely though, unless th numbers are low of course.
Do not put too much importance on the absense of selling during much of April, reason is simple, Old A/S was maxed, new registration was not approved, it obviously is now.
To the companies credit, all selling is by GGI, IMO, and no additional selling has been from any other company iniatiated sources.
