Even though the BOD most likely has all the votes it needs to pass this dilutive 1 for 2 reverse split on the BS premise that it will increase institutional HOLDINGS, I voted against it. All 1 MILLION+ votes. Any idiot can see the real reason why the split is being done....and Mike still has the gall to lie right to our face. Pathetic. The only thing that will increase institutional investment here is Mike turning a profit. Enough is enough with all the talk and dilution. When I first invested here there were 70M shares outstanding...in the last 5 years all Mike has done is sell shares, close to 200M now. Ridiculous.
