They can take 30 days to post buys or sells. There is however a clause that
allows unregistered shares not to be posted. In addition there is also some
states (Texas, etc.) that have ways of doing things a little different, although
this is something not talked about and many believe that FDA rules are without
limitations as to their enforceability.
