Don't they need lots of businesses in a consumers location for it to be of any value to a consumer? From what I've seen the reason local business coupons have never hit it big is due to the lack of scale--a consumer wants to be able to find deals easily, and that doesn't happen when only 6 businesses in the entire city are on the website or app. It's the chicken and the egg problem. People wont use it unless there are a lot of signups, and businesses wont sign up unless there are a lot of people using it. So, how is it different here?--What business sign-up density is there with Epoxy? And, isn't a Facebook or Google or Apple already positioned to do this anytime they want?
