Audio Alert not Functioning

I just got another pop up alert at 42.03 for the QQQQs which has happened already this morning, but no sound. The .wav file tests OK but does not trigger when the pop up alert comes up.

P.S. I found another box to check on the pop up itself. Now it's working.
