Insight as to why a 3rd location hasn't opened, IMO, is due to lack of exposure and consistent advertising locally. Without advertising, you lack sales...and w/o sales, no income...you get the picture... Other than the blast of exposure at opening, I see no real advertising to bring in people. The product is delicious...I never had a chance to try the ice cream, unfortunately. Is it truly failed? My understanding is the Tampa location carries it...? The concept and product has potential with the proper management and advertising!
