Sure they did, and they announced that little change of plan, only after massive dilution and missed deadlines. So where is this shipment now, it has been rumored they are in transit, how are they being shipped, by pack mule?

If you want to throw money at this, by all means be my guest.

I am sitting back and watching this play out like a bad episode of Days of Our Lives.
