Misleading shareholders with bogus PR's intended to facilitate insiders to profit from spikes in pps is considered fraudulent.The activities of ACLP,HRDN and TLAG the three companies associated with VTCo deserve some serious attention from the SEC. It is the one to decide if there was any illegal activity by these companies.Unless investigated then nobody knows, so let investors lodge their complaints and see what happens.
