I am not sure whether to laugh or cry, when there is not even a whisper about QM.

Can Nanosys, QD Vision and Nanoco meet the market demand all by themselves? And if there is a cheaper production method available (QM -v- circa $100m for DOW to go from 1,000kg to 4,800kg annual capacity) then what is wrong with QM's dots that they are not being partnered up?

Answers on a postcard please....

Is it just that QM made a late entrance with no real funding and it is still playing catch up in that respect (as Big E said)? And then why has no funding come in now at least? It is a puzzle.

I smell a rat though when not so long ago the big tv makers were claiming to the EU that market supply of industrial volumes was still light years away. Is QM the hidden gem which they have been hiding away, whilst hoping to squeeze the last drop of defunct LCD technology first? Maybe I am just dreaming but none of the PR adds up.
