Doing DD is not illegal...lol Every thing I find you can find too if you know where to look. Using the internet, making phone calls, and asking questions in far from being illegal. Please don't tell me that you don't do DD because you think you can get in trouble for it? When you say that I gave out personal info on the investors what did I say that was not in the PR today? How I know they were lining up these investors for the grow deals months ago is because it was public info that anyone could have found with a little luck and some good DD digging on the internet.
