Agree, Solar alert bottom and starting to see life. FSLR, CSIQ, and SPWR were some leaders on the solar rally today. Some of these big board solars received upgrades from analysts this week. I see other small solars like RGSE and ASTI look bottom out and ready to bounce.

RGSE at 0.58 was high as 5.65 52wk high
ASTI at 0.91 was high as 8.30 52wk high
