Too funny. The reason 90% of these companies are public is exactly so they don't have to worry 'bout that. No OTC pink cares about protecting 'investors'. We use them to make some quick bucks, they use us to keep their 'business' solvent. How many of these OTC's actually make anything of themselves? FEW. Accumulate debt, dilution, R/S, rinse repeat. If you wanna take you argument to Nasdaq or NYSE fine, but it dont apply down here in subs.

If they ever try running a public company they will see what it takes, long hours with every spare cent you have dumped into keeping a company public to protect it's investors.

Most of these penny management teams are barely qualified to shine my shoes. I work Fortune 50 corp finance, could probably assemble a team of peers in 10 minutes that would do a better job running these 'businesses'.

A complete disconnect between the world of public companies and those that invest in them. They seem to think every one in public companies is a scam artist and every lazy message board induced penny player can do a better job than them.
