I haven't found anything stating that a company must close above .01 for 30 days in a row before filing an S-1. That rule only applies to a publicly traded company who is trying to up list to the OTCQB. VCOR will need to accomplish that before up listing, but I don't think VCOR will need to accomplish that to file an S-1. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
