Buzz - I think you are missing the problem here

The company needs to refinance it's debt by 3/31/15.
Morpho very well knows this and they have thrown a large but moveable obstacle in the way.

It's easy to say that endless coversion and selling by DMRJ is the problem but it's also a lack of buyers that is keeping the pps down.
