Today NPWZ announced acquisition intention of Shorai.

Pursuant to the agreement, Neah Power has until February 28, 2015 to make the $1,000,000 cash payment and close the merger transaction.

This just so happens to be the same date Solar3D has set to finalize its acquisition of MD Energy.

Are there some kind of (predetermined) arrangements between CEO's of publicly traded companies and the capital markets that are kept secret?

Is this some form of market manipulation to limit potential investor gains?

Maybe this is a coincidence.

I think not...
