The point, if these numbers are correct and not skewed, I would tend to lean towards the legalities within debentures in future business issues. Protection from creditors. yes?

Say a major deal is borked by some turd not fulfilling their contract, and SoOum must cover, deal time, were good but underwater. And we'll make it back to the surface, not without scars but we will survive.

if this is the case, it's a respectful and honestly in my opinion experienced and preservative means to do business.
