Except right now the RS isn't at all definite, it's dependent on a vote based on preliminary proxy, the proxy itself isn't even definite, so the idea of RS is being floated by the company but not at all definite. If they cancel the proxy or they don't vote for the RS, and it shoots up, those who don't have a ticket miss the ride.
