The same games that drove the stock up to 1.82 and then dropping well below that, are the same games that are keeping it at 1.00. Anyone who has followed the stock for any amount of time has seen that the stock has been and continues to be manipulated on a regular basis.

Your question you ask is a perfect one. There should be absolutely no reason the stock is at one dollar when there is less risk than ever before. Everyone loves to accuse DMRJ of being the horrible financers that are driving the stock into the ground. Nothing could be further from the truth.

They still own a boatload of the company, and it is in their interest to see the shareprice appreciate even if they are taking a little bit off of the table. They have every right to considering that they loaned money to this company when there were absolutely no guarantees. Most if not all of the risk has now been eliminated and we are a viable company going forward.

It will only be a matter of time before new financers and the market takes notice of this. But until we get off the pink sheets, the manipulated share price will be allowed to continue because of the lack of transparency in these exchanges.
