All I have seen is a poor scan of said amendment.
As well as read a few people claiming these preferred shared would or could be converted into 100 billion common stock.

Sure, there could be restructure, why not, however thus far it's no where to be seen. And one hundred billion shares of common stock would end anything with this company before it even started.

Who would buy one of those shares, no matter how they were presented, no one. What financier would take that job? If they would take the job, how would they expect to get paid? Up front? Then why would they need to convert? They would not. And the company would be toast from the get go.

None of it makes sense.
