It was posted the other day.

Supposedly an amendment to the share structure, in which included 10 mill in preferred shares.

We had fuzzy math going on that those shares would be converted at a 10000x multiple. Not at all the way I read it.

The way I understood, they are no different than any ticker that has shares set aside for acquisitions ect.

Any truth on any of the material is yet to be discovered.
