He actually said...“And that’s why I've called on congress to wind down..”

At least he did refer to FnF as "government backed companies"

In his next sentence he was talking about FnF again when he said..."The bottom line is, that we don't think there's anything wrong with pursuing a profit, but we want to make clear the days of making bad bets on the backs of taxpayers money and then getting bailed out afterwards, we're not going back to that."

He is directly referring to FnF's portfolios in that statement imo.
