Been using Aminos/BCAAs for while during workouts, and believe they definitely help, especially to reduce soreness after / next day. Cenergy Amino Plex sounded good, some reviews good, but very disappointed. Definitely not any better than other aminos I've used, and when I opened bottle first time, not pleasant smell. Taste, compared to others, my opinion very bad. Mixability is ok. Been using, for few months prior, Nubreed Nutrition Helix; really like results, mixability is instant, and taste is phenomenal (just like flavored juice drink, no "other" aftertaste)! Wish Bodybuilding would start carrying Nubreed.

I can see it now. A bunch of drunk 20 somethings racing to the cenergy booth to get a bad tasting amino plex cocktail.
