Red herring.. We all know that at some point vplm decided to declare that the game moving fwd, was sell. The point made, but avoided it seems, is that it was the fiduciary duty, imho, but not fulfilled, to fully inform the investors (after all, they needed investors, no?) of a change in the game plan. All those voip phone company things were on the table & on the Web & touted over & over, loudly, as "the leading edge in voip industry" (sells a few shares here & there, huh? Lol, what a concept..) & then, w/the merger, Chang said the patents would be incorporated into the our voip endeavors (lol) & also leveraged for licencing & infringement, to the tune of billions per annum....but then, to my knowledge (and I have looked & looked) outta the blue BAM! - - thankyou ma'am - - and immediately we were "transported" to the "new testament", and forget the old testament...and a new (sorta kinda) board (the ark of the covenant, lol). And getting answers to the questions beer raises about this is about as likely as finding the ark, lol
