As SicMoney posted yesterday, tired of trying to get support from Websafety I posted here and on Facebook. Three hours later someone from Websafety replied to my post on FB asking me to PM them with my email address, apologizing and offering to assist with whatever difficulties I have experienced.

I removed my post from FB and sent my contact information a few minutes ago.

Hopefully, they will follow through and take some lessons regarding customer service.

Because I believe people do not expect perfection. They do expect effort and good customer service. Providing good customer service will build the company's reputation, which will lead to more customers and better value for the company.

Which will hopefully result in a better stock price.
