What I'm saying is just trust common sense. If the police raided your house and confiscated your bank accounts on a "tip" or "rumors" and 8 months later you hadn't been charged with anything and no one has been arrested, common sense would tell you, there more than likely no charges being filed. In the FSPM case, they only have 5 people to investigate... This isn't Watergate or some huge firm where they have loads of people. This is as straight forward as it can get. At most they are targeting 10 people if you include all FSPM owners and staff. For instance, the case with PHOT took 2 months and PHOT wasn't even behind the manipulation. There was a ring of guys running a scam to manipulate the price of the stock and they were caught inside of 6 weeks. PHOT is still paying the price and still grey and they had nothing to do with the manipulation of the stock...this was a third party. The SEC shut them down anyway. The guys who were arrested were out of western Washington and the case is being prosecuted in Tacoma, Washington. This was an elaborate scheme with many people and they were able to get all of them fairly quickly. They arrested all the people involved, froze all the accounts and charges have been filed against them all. If FSPM and Dittmann did anything wrong, it wouldn't be harder than the PHOT case to find. If something were there, they'd be in jail already - the FBI isn't sitting on the evidence and waiting for a case to develop. I think they just simply got this one wrong. I think now they are looking for anything minor to ding them with because they fracked up. You know our law enforcement in the U.S. If they are wrong, they will be right about something given enough time. This is more about saving face to the law enforcement now. All this time that has passed is a clue but no arrest is the biggest clue. They only have to have "probable cause" to get a raid but their raid didn't or hasn't produced "probable cause" to arrest anyone - and it won't IMO. Common Sense.
