Very possible.... but why step down? If the "huckster" (as in Finn) was as unbelievably accomplished, worldly, experienced, knowledgeable, connected, able, uber savvy in the business world, no less a "doctor" of psychology.....you know - - just generally able to leap tall buildings in a single bound... and my goodness - - "senior advisor" to 4 presidents.... well, ahhh...why would he "step down"?? I mean isn't it reasonable to expect w/near certainty that a man of this stature, who ONLY, I presume, came to head such a tiny little, unknow, unproven, have nothing, lowly pink sheet Co like vplm, because he, in his vast knowledge, not inept at all, not naive, not easily bamboozled, knew that this patent portfolio was big & important, real big & real important.....othefwise, you look at his "almost unbelievable" resume & you would never expect in a million years that he would bother himself w/such an outfit, unless it indeed WAS very potentially, no, beyond potentially, but pretty much ASSURED to live up to its goal... So why on earth would someone like that decide to step down as chief, if he had not done anything purposely wrong??? THIS WOULD BE THE TIME FOR SUCH A SUPERMAN TO STEP UP TO THE PLATE & use that unfathomable resume behind him (not sure if it precedes him or he precedes it..?) to fix it all, to upright the ship, to use the vast store of knowledge & accomplishment to steer us thru it, if nothing else, but as the swan song of a such a major figure in so many endeavors of human accomplishment......not step down.

And if it was for any righteous reason, such as age, health, etc, then why not just be forthright & honest about it, to the long faithful & give specific reasons, instead of saying "for personal reasons"?

On the other hand, and considering that the above points are not easy to explain away imho, well then, that certainly leaves open" other possible motives..... And if he feels he is personally responsible for screwing up & stepped down for that reason(s), that doesn't make much sense to me & why would he then continue to stay on as a director? Hmmmm..... really makes one wonder (oh I know... how some will jump right in & so easily & effortlessly explain this away, but hopefully others will give careful consideration..). Then again, if I'm not mistaken, he has stepped down numerous times from positions, at certain points...

And why would a man of such vast accomokishemt, who obviously has no "apparent need" to embellish such a gargantuan resume' with "doctorates" obtained online, from schools most consider to be "diploma mills" & in one case, (Florida state Christian University) no such school even seems to exist...? So to me, I would not expect a man of such stature to call himself (and that is what he does - - it is him, I presume, who authors & publicizes this massive resume', not anyone else..) a doctor, or at the very least, downplay this aspect, rather that put "Dr." in front of his name. That's my opinion anyway. And it's been suggested that I have moved to tear down the veracity of this man, but that simply is not true, just like I have never called vplm a scam, I have never accused Sawyer of any wrongdoing - - I simply raise these questions, for the reasons I have given & I have no reason to just accept everything anyone says, especially about themselves.
