The cell was mentioned indirectly in the PR. The part about still talking to companies about manufacturing says the cell is real and done. Otherwise why would JN be wasting his time talking to them. I'm sure IMO, that he is frustrated also, but from what I have seen in the past he isn't going to move unless it is the best interest of the company, and therefore ours.
