Possible "pop up" this morning.

This morning news reflects two items:

- Oil price back above $70.

- Another article bad hurrican season predicted.

Closing sell-off at the closing was based on low volume.

Question: What would prevent 1st petroleum to sell, say
one of their leases to the big boys.
