Sounds great, and seems to be exactly what they have done. Where does VPLM states this? As far as I can tell it's just an understanding on this message board. Were does VPLM tell us this?

Early stages? What time period is considered the early stages? This list was in a filing in 2012.

This list all sounded great. VPLM to implement and use the very technology they are trying to pedal but to me looks like they could not do it. If the inventors/owners couldn't use the technology, how are the buyers going to be able to use it?
