I would be honored to meet with Dan for a DD tour. I have a location of the Fence company in New Braunfels to go see also. Tarragon is there in Austin so that is another stop. We can have a full day give a boots on the ground report. I have googled the most of this is very close to Austin Bergstrom Airport. It looks like New Braunfels is about 30 to 45 minutes, probably best to get that one out of the way fist. I plan on arriving in the morning around 10, weather permitting.
