So what? Google pays/settles or even buys out? Suits filed against Google are numerous. Law firms who understand patent law/infringement know if they will have a reasonable desired outcome and work on contingency. But Google on the other side of this will play dumb as a fox if accusations are actually validated in a attempt to wear out their opponent. Who knows how strong these patents are?
