Some info on the CEO and his investment firm ICM Capital Markets Could this be the merger partner? His background is very promising for a merger (in lieu of ipo) play .

Management

Jason M. Meyers. Managing Director, Investment Banking

Mr. Meyers is responsible for all aspects of investment banking for ICM.

Since June 2004 Mr. Meyers has served as a principal of ICM. Mr. Meyers has over 20 years of experience in many aspects of retail brokerage as well as investment and merchant banking. He has lead or participated in the origination and syndication of dozens of private placements and initial public offerings in a broad range of industries including entertainment, technology, healthcare, and financial services. Mr. Meyers serves as Chairman and CEO of Aspatuck Holdings Ltd., a New York-based private equity firm that he founded in 2002 to specialize in corporate restructurings as well as provide capital for emerging growth companies. He leads a group that focuses on the recapitalization, restructuring and reorganization of public companies as well as pre- and post-bankruptcy workouts and structured transactions. Aspatuck is the managing member of ICMC Holdings LLC, the “Issuer”

Mr. Meyers is also currently Chairman of Turbodyne Technologies, Inc. (TRBD-OTC), a developer of patented electrically-powered and digitally-controlled air induction systems for automotive and marine applications, a position he has held since September 2005.

Since November 2007 Mr. Meyers has been CEO of TriMedia Entertainment Group, Inc. (TMEG-OTC), a diversified provider of entertainment-related content and brand exploitation.

Mr. Meyers currently serves on the board of governors of The We Are Family Foundation, a not for profit organization that creates and supports programs that provide education about mutual respect, understanding and cultural diversity.

Marc Drimer. Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Drimer is responsible for all financial and operational aspects of the firm. He is the Financial and Operations principal as well as the Options and Municipal Bond principal. Mr. Drimer has over 25 years of experience all areas of compliance and operations in the financial services industry.

He has acted in a principal capacity for a number of brokerage firms and investment banks and has been responsible for the origination and syndication of numerous private placements and initial public offerings in a broad range of industries. He holds the following licenses, Series 4, 7, 24, 27, 53 and 63.

He has been in business for more than 40 years and has held positions in industry including serving as Controller of Hertz Europe as well as Allied Maintenance.

He is a graduate of Brooklyn College with a BS in Accounting and a graduate of New York University Graduate School of Business and holds an MBA in Finance. He is also a licensed CPA in New York.

Eric Schweitzer. President and Chief Compliance Officer

Mr. Schweitzer is responsible for all operational and compliance aspects of ICM. He has served as a principal of the firm since June of 2007. Mr. Schweitzer has over 27 years of experience in all aspects of sales and trading. He holds a series 7, 63, 24 and 55.

Mr. Schweitzer began his career in 1981 at Mayer & Schweitzer and spent 13 years at that firm eventually becoming Head of Trading Operations of the firm. MASH was subsequently acquired by Charles Schwab & Co. and Mr. Schweitzer assumed responsibility as Head of Institutional Sales and Trading. At Schwab, Mr. Schweitzer was responsible for reconciliation of trading and money positions, which were from $200 to $300 million and also became responsible for the compliance department and supervised the designing of proprietary software to comply with Federal Regulations. He was also involved in the compliance area of discipline and education of employees.
