R/S, results are delivered electronically
and w/o notice via email etc...
The resulting qnty will automatically appear on your acct pg, once the reverse splt has taken place.
There's usually a brokerage fee/charge for the transaction/transfer of those shares!
Scottrade charges $20/cash for the process..

I own some shares and i have not received anything from anyone.
