All this says is he expects the 2 GSEs will be fully capitalized in 7 to 10 years. The PPS is a totally different animal. I expect , and I imagine mister Ackman sees the PPS to grow at a much quicker pace. Mostly based on the timing of end to profit sweep, release from conservatorship, and uplist to a major stock exchange.
