Received today TMXN:

New web site launched, www.trimaxcorporate.com indicating an incoming import and export boating company and an agro commerce and timeshare company. The China yacht sale division is in full operation and one of the 3 active links on the TMXN new web site. The other 2 links (export boating company and an agro commerce and timeshare company will be announced separately and links activated to the corresponding subsidiary) once the transaction is finalized. The company is in the process of recapitalizing to approximately 350 Million shares to pay in restricted stock for the two incoming mergers. Other corporate actions will be to bring the company current with the State. The financials are almost complete and will be filed together with a Super 8k which will explain all the share issuances, corresponding subsidiaries time in business and other relevant facts. 2015 is shaping up could be a very busy and productive year for TMXN. The management is hopeful that all of the above will cascade to the shareholders in a form of share price appreciation
