No they arn't part of us now. The original 8k was filed to advise of DD of the purchase. DD is ongoing. Update to the 8k is a sec requirement as new info becomes avaialable during the DD. The new filing simply reflects the value as of now of the company that will be acquired. Has nothing to do with ownership at this point.
