Concerning this POST...
I just got a call and was told about the below post, and I wish to address some issues....
#1...I am compiling a list of people who which to be recorded with my complaint to the SEC!
#2...I never had or will ask for any money from anyone from this board.
#3...If people wish to hire a lawyer to start a "class action" legal suit, then we need to discuss that issue in an open forum BUT all monies should be sent to the law office which is hired, not some person (including me) who posts on a message board. (Haven't we all lost enough money already)
#4...concerning Mr Fan's letter to the employees...
Yes, QTV may be off the air, BUT Triangle Multi-Media has many valuable assets and we as shareholders need to make our claim to them. If we all just put our tails between our legs and creep away in same, we will never see anything back from our investments.
There are some REAL facts here, TMM does own the film library, NTI, etc, etc....
We can NOT let Olsen and Fan walk away with these assets without a challenge!

To Charltuna; I want to help in any way I can to PUT Fat Frank and his BUM Management team that Frauded us all in Jail, I sent you my personal address & Phone number and if you need some Finanical help to Hire a BIG Law firm to start the Ball rolling, let me know and I will be more then happy to mail you a check for $100.00, now if everyone here did the same and on the Rageing bull as well as all the other QBID message boards nation wide, I bet you would have well over $50,000.00 in no time to start the Class Action going.
