As I hoped the article that brought up the "late summer trial" was in error. It IS arbitration and that eliminates the dragging out of appeals. As mentioned previously, both parties still have a chance to come to a compromise before trial..errr.. arbitration

I predicted we would have a decision by the end of May....I was just a year off ;}
