What does it clarify ...i told you another simple filing of a schedule 14 can void that ...jus saying

According to STLK filing,it seems the ball doesn't start to roll until notice has been recvd by brokers who then usually pass that info along to its clients [stockholders]...within 10 days of that notice FINRA is notified; 10 days later, after FINRA is notified [approx 20th day after brokers have rcvd info for shareholders]they file with Sec of State CO and R/S takes place ...that is why I asked if any shareholders have received initial official notice from their brokers yet, [according to STLK filing]
