many of the SPLI debts were in the $10,000 range which would equate to 10m shares if converted at 0.001 I am wondering if any had a conversion price of 0.0001?
Company had $800k of cash, I know it takes cash to build the company but unless they stop this conversion there may be no company left. Dror may be thinking he can do buybacks later to get the O/S back to normality when he has nice high revenues and margins BUT it is cheaper to do it now before they convert.
