lol- not sure I'd call it a nosedive given the gains this week.

The Form D filing had some guy tweeting as though it was a new offering, when all it is is completion of the Intel 1/3 buyout.

That's how desperate some of the shorts are.

Downside - despite what happens today or tomorrow, is almost certainly limited to $5 from here.

Upside- with a record Q4 followed by another record Q1 being "givens", plus JV with INTC, + NASDAQ upslist = a double from here by eoy IMO.
